We operate a no refunds policy. Once purchased, tickets may not be exchanged or refunded. However, if we or our hirers have cancelled or rescheduled a show, you will be given at least a refund of the face-value of the tickets you have purchased. Please note, a non-refundable booking fee of £1.50 is added at checkout to all online purchases.
