Where is the Civic located?

Ans:

St Stephen’s Place, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8AH.

The Civic is easily accessible by public transport and is located a 10 minute walk from Trowbridge Train Station and a short walk from nearby bus stops.

Is your venue accessible?

Ans:

The Civic is fully wheelchair accessible, including access to the Foyer and Lansdown Hall for our programme of live events. Step-free access is available for The Civic entrance adjacent to Trowbridge Park and the Trowbridge Town Council entrance.

A lift is available allowing access to the first floor of the building including the Council Chamber and Pitman Committee meeting rooms.

Disabled toilets are available on both the ground floor and first floor.

What payment methods do you accept?

Ans:

The Civic Trowbridge is a cashless venue. We accept all major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay.

We have 5 meeting rooms and event spaces available for hire. From small meeting rooms to our impressive Lansdown Hall which can accommodate up to 900 guests.

How can I buy tickets for an event?

Ans:

Tickets can be purchased online through our event listings page through PayPal or using your credit/debit card (Please note, if purchasing without a PayPal account, please click the PayPal option where there is an option to input your card details below the PayPal login screen).

Alternatively, tickets can be bought in person from our Box Office which is open Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 3.30pm.  Please note that we are a cashless venue. All major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay is accepted.

I’ve bought tickets online – When will I receive my tickets?

Ans:

After purchasing your tickets, an order confirmation screen will appear highlighting your order with an option to download your tickets where you can save or screenshot your tickets to your device.

Alternatively, an order confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after purchase. In this email will be a link to download your tickets.
