For those looking for a large scale space to host their event, why not hire the entire venue allowing you exclusive use of the Civic and its facilities.

Exclusive hire of the entire venue is £2295 for up to 15 hours, and includes The Lansdown Hall, Council Chamber, Usher SuitePitman Committee, and Foyer and Bar.

FLEXIBLE SPACES

All the rooms downstairs are connected, so you can open-up or separate out the areas depending on how you want to use the space for your business event. The connected rooms can also be used to seamlessly guide your delegates to the next part of your event, so our staff can open doors and usher guests into a drink’s reception at the Foyer bar, or perhaps from the Usher Suite into the Lansdown Hall for an awards evening with sit down formal dining; Whatever your vision, we can create a package to suit you.

Upstairs, the Council Chamber is a light and airy space that overlooks the picturesque surroundings of Trowbridge Park. The room provides perfect acoustics for music recitals, but is also equally adaptable for corporate team meetings, a seminar venue, or somewhere to host your team building in Wiltshire.

The Pitman Committee is adjacent to The Council Chamber, and with the convenience of an adjoining door, is perfect if you need a larger space to flow between the two. The flexibility of the rooms makes it perfect for indoor team building events, where you can have activities or teams split in between the rooms, or break-out conversation areas.

VENUE ACCESS

The Civic is fully accessible with wide doors throughout and lift access to the first floor. Ample parking nearby makes our location perfect for larger events like conferences and event ceremonies.
