Step back in time and relive one of the most iconic decades in music and pop culture as The Civic hosts an unforgettable ’80s Celebration Party. This high energy disco night promises classic hits, colourful visuals and feel good nostalgia.
Leading the night is DJ Rik Grover, bringing a packed dancefloor playlist filled with the very best of the 1980s. Expect wall to wall anthems from pop legends, dancefloor favourites and guilty pleasures that defined the era. From big singalong choruses to synth driven classics, every track is chosen to keep the party moving and the atmosphere buzzing.
This is not just a disco, it is a full ’80s experience. The Civic will be transformed with vibrant LED screens and an immersive laser show, creating a bold, retro inspired backdrop that perfectly matches the music. Whether you lived through the decade or discovered it later, the sights and sounds will transport you straight back to the age of neon lights and dancefloor excess.
Tickets are just £11.50 in advance, making this a great value night out. Fancy dress is encouraged but not essential, so feel free to go all out with your ’80s look or simply come as you are and enjoy the party.

We operate a NO REFUNDS policy. Once purchased, tickets may not be exchanged or refunded. However, if we or our hirers have cancelled or rescheduled a show, you will be given at least a refund of the face-value of the tickets you have purchased.
Essential Companion tickets are not available for all events and are offered at the discretion of the event organiser/promoter. Please contact the Box Office before visiting to check availability. Where applicable, tickets can be obtained from the Box Office on presentation of a valid Access Card.
