Age 14+. Attendees under the age of 16 must attend with a ticket holding adult. Children under the age of 14 years will not be allowed into the performance for Health & Safety reasons.

All prices shown include any applicable fees. No additional fees will be added at checkout.

Please note: The Civic now operates a cashless bar.  All major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay is acceptable.

We operate a NO REFUNDS policy. Once purchased, tickets may not be exchanged or refunded. However, if we or our hirers have cancelled or rescheduled a show, you will be given at least a refund of the face-value of the tickets you have purchased.

Essential Companion tickets are not available for all events and are offered at the discretion of the event organiser/promoter. Please contact the Box Office before visiting to check availability. Where applicable, tickets can be obtained from the Box Office on presentation of a valid Access Card.

Please do not email photographs or copies of Access Cards, medical records or other health or disability information. We do not request or retain copies of this information and any received will be securely deleted. You can apply for an Access Card at accesscard.online.
