Wedding Packages

Our Wedding packages have been designed to make the planning process easy and straight forward for you. All packages include everything below, however you if you have any additional requests please contact our wedding team who will be glad to assist.

    CATERING

    3 course set meal – provided by our caterer (you will be able to choose 1 starter, 1 main, 1 dessert from a list of options). Evening catering – included for either a buffet or bacon and sausage baps.

    CEREMONY

    The Ceremony can be set up in either the Council Chamber, Lansdown Hall, Usher Suite or the Foyer.
    This includes chairs, chair covers & sashes (If you would prefer different sashes, chair covers or further décor this may incur an additional charge)

    WEDDING RECEPTION

    The Wedding reception will be in the Usher Suite and include tables, chairs, table cloths, and any simple décor that you have supplied or have asked the venue to supply (décor can be discussed with your wedding coordinator to see what the venue can provide for you).

    DRINKS PACKAGE

    Reception drink – 1x glass of prosecco or non-alcoholic provided at a drinks table for after the ceremony. Toast drink – 1x glass of prosecco provide on the table to each person to toast the speeches. Table wine – ½ bottle of wine per guests (equivalent to 2x glasses of wine per person) mix of red/ white/ rose can be decided by client.

    Hire from 12pm – 12am. (additional hours available at additional cost)

    DRINKS RECEPTION

    Use of entrance foyer for the day (this area can be used for drinks reception, mingling area or evening entertainment space).

Menu options

One option from each course:-

Starter
• Ham hock salad with piccalilli and mixed baby leaf salad.
• Bruschetta with vine ripened tomatoes and red onion topped with fresh basil and parmesan (v).
• Roasted butternut squash soup with fresh coriander and ginger.

Main
• Roasted breast of chicken served with a roasted red pepper and basil coulis. New potato cake with fine beans and chantonay carrots
• Slow roasted belly of pork served with a cider and thyme sauce. With mashed potato roasted vegetables and greens
• Braised beef roast served with roast potatoes, Medley of seasonal vegetables, Yorkshire pudding and gravy

Dessert
• Dark chocolate brownie with orange infused cream.
• Sticky toffee pudding with a rich butterscotch sauce.
• Irish Liqueur Cheesecake.

Halloumi and roasted vegetable kebabs (v).
Selection of fresh olives.
