A Legacy Remembered reflects on the stories, sacrifices and lives shaped by conflict, and the generations who carry that legacy forward.
Whether you lived through the decade or simply wish you had, this is your chance to sing along and lose yourself in the sound of the sixties.
Featuring a starry line-up of UK jazz greats under the direction of award-winning tenorist Simon Spillett, the band’s mission statement is simple; to bring back the heady excitement of the Tubby Hayes Big Band of the 1960s, an outfit which raised the roof whenever and wherever it performed.
Step back in time and relive one of the most iconic decades in music and pop culture as The Civic hosts an unforgettable ’80s Celebration Party. This high energy disco night promises classic hits, colourful visuals and feel good nostalgia.
